Crazy talking portraits

Workshop for Children dedicated to the Temporary Exhibition

Reserved for Primary Schools

From 25 September 2024 to 16 February 2025, the exhibition "Faces and Allegories" curated by Carlo Sisi is open, dedicated to the sculptures of Lorenzo Bartolini (1777-1850). The works express the Italian Romantic purism of the first half of the 19th century and focus on two themes: allegory and the portrait.

Noses, mouths, eyes and hair will be the protagonists of this workshop that will lead to the discovery of Lorenzo Bartolini's portraits through rhymes. Then in the workshop, imagination will be unleashed, using the imagination to transform the characters encountered into truly "crazy" portraits!
